I think you misinterpreted the situation here. It’s not about meaningless sex. It’s about friends who like each other a lot.
Exactly. They could already have been in a relationship and this was a way to further saturate their love for each other.
Who said anything about thinking Trixie was her best friend and then discovering that it was a misunderstanding and she just wanted to have (supposedly meaningless) sex with her?
Perhaps in this scenario Trixie has a crush on Glimmy and her rather abrupt question was her adorkable way of trying to further their relationship?
