I just read volume #37 of the comic series and now I can’t stop drawing these two. I love them! I know I loved Alternate World Sombra with Celestia (and I still do) but I love Hope and Sombra together. After reading the comic, there is no one else these characters could be with.
This is a depiction of Radiant Hope and the reformed Sombra. I see these two as having a relationship that goes far beyond friendship and I feel during their search for Princess Amore, they will have a chance to explore their romantic feelings for each other.

Yeah, I’ve changed my mind since then. I liked the subtle romance in Siege. You could tell they care for each other, even if they didn’t outright state it.
At the end of Siege they said that she loves him and he loves her.
Missed opportunity to make Siege about the Power of Love.
