Oh yes. Did I nearly forget to mentioned Reflector? Well, he died in the IDW Comic Adaptation. That reveals why he didn’t return in season 3. Since the toy version of him was cancelled in either 1984 or 1985 but later released as a mail-away exclusive for the 1986 toy line, I agreed that he did died offscreen by Unicron because the IDW Comic Adaptation showed him being killed by Unicron. And also, the movie nearly killed off Megatron because he told Starscream, “I’m still function!” before being jettisoned out of Astrotrain. It seems odd why Megatron was the only Decepticon to move and meet and speak to Unicron. The reason why the movie nearly killed off Megatron was that his body was upgraded and reformatted and Unicron changes his name to “Galvatron” while the rest were reformatted into newborn Decepticons, Cyclonus, Scourge, the Sweeps, and Cyclonus’s Armada from the remains/dead bodies/corpses of the deceased Thundercracker, Skywarp, Shrapnel, Bombshell, and Kickback. The three animation errors in the movie were Thundercracker, Skywarp, and the three Insecticons seen in Starscream’s coronation, Shrapnel seen attack the Planet of Junk, and Starscream seen attack Unicron. And the three original Insecticons were seen in the season 3 five-parter premiere, “Five Faces of Darkness”. A lot of fans worldwide would all agree that this would mean that it’s revealed that it’s just the generic Seekers with Thundercracker and Skywarp color schemes seen in Starscream’s coronation, the left-over and various Insecticons clones seen in Starscream’s coronation, the attack on Junk, and in “Five Faces of Darkness”, and the various generic Seekers with the three original Seekers’ color schemes. Also, when people first watch the movie in theaters, they saw the three Conehead Seekers, Dirge, Thrust, and Ramjet being eaten by Unicron believing that the movie killed off them. However, their toys are still active in 1986 and they return in season 3. This is why all fans worldwide would all agree that it was just some various generic Seekers with color schemes and modifications that reassembled Dirge, Thrust, and Ramjet being eaten/destroyed by Unicron even though the IDW Comic Adaptation shows the Conehead Seekers being eaten by Unicron that could possibly mean that the Coneheads turn out to be some various seekers that reassembled the Coneheads. While some believed that the Coneheads survived while being eaten by Unicron and find a way to escape before Unicron explodes to death.
Changelings, I’m not sure, it’s been confirmed MLP Dragons can live over 1,000 years, so characters like Spike, Smolder and Ember would be perfectly fine, but they’d be fully sized dragons now.

Nah. They’re all not dead. Don’t worry. I know that G5 wil be like Beast Wars and Mlp G4 will be like Transformers G1. We didn’t see a single character died in G4 with the exception of King Sombra, The Storm King, Arimaspi, the Mean Six, Nightmare Moon, Daybreaker, Midnight Sparkle, King Timberwolf, Princess Amore, the founders of Equestria, Tantabus, the Plunderseeds, the Windigos, Sable Spirit, Commander Ironhead and the Royal Legion of Cloudsdale, the 14 kings of Griffonstone from Grover to Guto, Granny Smith’s parents, Bright Macintosh and Pear Butter, Prince Hisan, King Vorak and Queen Haydon, Sendak the Elder, Mage Meadowbrook’s mother and sister, Mistmane’s parents, Stinkin Rich, Holder Cobblestone, Captain Steele Oresdotter and the Mighty Helm, the Old Wizard from Legends of Magic Issue #5, King Bullion, Rockhoof’s farmer parent, Seed investor, the Pinkie Pie clones, Feldspar Granite Pie, Granny Pie, Nana Pie, Applejack’s great uncle, Honeycrisp, Abraxius the Bold, King Orion, Emperor Incitatus, Sergio the dragon, Well-To-Do, and the Tree of Harmony. And we didn’t see a single character died in all four seasons of Transformers. But due to the discontinuation of the 1984 and 1985 toyline, we did see some died in the movie. The characters that we see them died are Brawn, Prowl, Ratchet, Ironhide, Windcharger, Wheeljack, Huffer, Mirage (died offscreen because scene unproduced), Red Alert (died offscreen because scene unproduced), Trailbreaker (died offscreen because scene unproduced), Optimus Prime (later resurrected in the season 3 finale), Thundercracker, Skywarp, Shrapnel, Bombshell, Kickback, Starscream (later returned as a spirit/ghost and later resurrected in “Ghost in the Machine”) Gears (died offscreen as one of Unicron’s victims when a destroyed Moonbase One sense he wa originally gonna take part of the battle of Autobot City but he didn’t in the final film), numerous Cybertronians present, or lives at, or works at both Moonbases, one of the Sweeps, Cyclonus’s Armada (death featured in the IDW Comic Adaptation even though multiple Cyclonuses was an animation error seen in Five Faces of Darkness because Cyclonus’s Armada went missing throughout the movie), Ultra Magnus (later resurrected by Wreck-Gar and the Junkions), Kranix, Arbus, and all the Litonians across the Planet Lithone, numerous Sharkticons, Shockwave (died offscreen even though has death wasn’t in. The final film but recovered in the IDW Comic Adaptation), numerous Unnamed various and generic Cybertronians including the generic Seekers being destroyed by Unicron eating them that reassembled the Conehead Seekers, and Unicron. Some Transformers characters died prior to the events of the show including The Guardian Robots, Dion, the past/ancient Autobot leaders including the Primon, Prima, Prime Nova, Guardian Prime, Zeta Prime, and Sentinel Prime/Primax/984.17 Alpha, the past/ancient Decepticon leaders including, Megatronus/The Fallen (I made up a G1 cartoon Megatronus/Fallen even though the Dreamwave comics featured the G1 Megatronus/Fallen), Floron, Dery, Ghoulon, Murdron, Bloodron, Devron, Gladiaron, Pinoy, Rapiron, Cannibaron, and Trannis, and the Robo Smasher. Some characters died prior to the movie including Optimus Prime’s clone, Starscream’s clone, and Alpha Trion. And Teletraan 1 died after the events of the movie by Trypticon in the season 3 premiere, “Five Faces of Darkness”.
But how about other creatures? We don’t know much about their life span. Like changelings or dragon.
I’m not saying that they couldn’t do it I just feel that it would be really stupid to have Twilight unable to keep things together for more than a few decades at best after the Epilogue. I could see it being done well if there was a huge reason for why things went so badly so quickly; like some kind of major disaster, but it would have to be very big and be explained pretty well. Otherwise I have to agree with other people it really just invalidates everything about G4 and would kind of be insulting.
Honestly, that sounds like Legend of Korra vs Avatar: the Last Airbender. However, the latter show was still able to showcase characters from the previous show. Tell me why MLP G5 couldn’t do the same?

Others have said how I feel I think it would be terrible if any of the Mane 6 or student 6 or the CMC or anyone we know (outside of the immortals obviously) would still be around and let things get this way. Having them all have lived out their lives a few hundred to a few thousand (which is what I want) years ago is the best case IMO.
Maybe he will be mentioned as a great guard… dude. Who knows. But he most likely wasn’t that important of a character in FIM. I think the refrences will be strictly Twilight and friends based.
Nope… I know G5 will take decades or even hundred years in the future, but I’m just wondering if Gallus would’ve be mentioned or something about his legacy.
Frankly, i think the worst case scenario would be things getting that bad in less than 30 years instead of happening over centuries, or something.
The only plausible way that that could be in the near future would be if the Legion of Doom had won (and then procceeded to take each other out before the events of the movie).
