The 3D models were great to begin with from a pure artistic quality standpoint.
 
“Official bad, fan-made good” is not a valid argument when determining something’s objective quality. ;)

Given their names, I can’t help but wonder if Sunny and Izzy could end up being descendants of Celestia and Luna, respectively.
