So this is Dracula’s mother; she’s more caring and tries to motivate Dracula in hopes that he does well.
 
What Dracula’s mother said; also “helps” in how Dracula became what he became. The whole war thing is probably small battles between different; lands but not big enough for Celestia to notice.
 
Who knows, Celestia could still be young and could; still have other things to do now that, at this point, Luna was on the moon.
 
Anyways Dracula became confident again, and you’ll see what else he’s done as he grew older.
