The Alicorns of the movie are nit the kind, understanding ones from the past(Luna, Celestia, Twilight and Flurry Heart) no these ponies, make Nightmare Moon look like Joan of Arc. The Alicorns behave more like the Skekis from The Dark Crystal(possible inspiration for the series)
