ITS ALL THEIR FAULT

When you think you’ve seen everything Equestria / Equus can show, something new always comes up. A moss plant that can absorb sound waves is undeniably interesting - and may have come from the caves that we know Cheese and Pinkie had visited. The ponies are admittedly herbivores, but moss is not exactly easy to graze on - and this only happens when there are no other food sources, moreover, this is intended for more hardy animals such as goats. They can not exactly burn up the moss when it sticks to flammable materials such as inside a house.
 
So I can understand why Twilight panicked - there are no quick and easy solutions to this problem, and the royal sisters are on their way to Canterlot who are now experiencing the same thing as Ponyville - thrown into chaos. If the moss plant can assimilate sound waves, then they should work in this field. Maybe Pinkie has the solution?
