Yes, Dracula can turn young after drinking blood.
 
It only lasts a couple of hours.
 
Erik is surprised that Dracula did not kill him or anything, he thought that vampires suck blood willy nilly,
 
But instead, Dracula hunted a deer and called upon some vultures to eat the meat.  
Erik heard that Dracula found a town nearby and wanted to go there.
 
Erik is happy and seems to begin to trust Dracula and smiled though Dracula is unaware of this.
 
It will be to Dracula’s benefit in the long run.
 
And yes, Erik does look a bit funny, that’s because his face is supposed to look like a skull though I’m planning that he’ll get better over time.
 
Also, the cart is somewhere in the forest.
