The two main issues I see is how the diaper bunches up around her legs. Diapers generally don't bunch up like that.
The second is how it's form-fitting like panties, and lacking the poof that diapers should have. You can see it on Sweetie's left haunch. The way it's drawn with the lack of poof makes them into pretty much slightly thicker panties and not really diapers.
It's hard to really explain without having visual aids, especially more so while tired.

This would be a fair bit more enjoyable if they actually knew how to draw diapers properly, even cloth ones.
