There’s plenty of cards like that already, stuff like the former Tesla line and others made for datacenters don’t have any video output or any rendering functionality on them as they’re just meant for GPGPU work. Course they also tend to have stuff like ECC memory which is important for datacenters but a huge waste of money for crypto mining so consumer GPUs tend to be the cheapest and best option for them. It would be funny though if Nvidia or AMD did try to make a mining-specific card with no rendering functionality like that but also just typical memory and etc, might help alleviate pressure on the cards more made for gaming, but at the same time fabricating different dies for that would reduce their production capacity and stuff so it might just not be worth it to them, who knows.
 
Also for the record no one uses GPUs to mine Bitcoin anymore, most people doing GPU mining are mining stuff like Ethereum.

When do we get the newer cards whose high end models are only used for bitcoin mining? So no ports.
