I was just saying that Mauroz themself said that Dash dating her was a possibility (as well as her dating Soarin), though I don’t remember where this was. And since we’re talking about shipping, here’s the shipping thread.

Well, that’s kind of the tricky part of the NSFW comic: we don’t know how non-canon it is.
 
The comic came to be after Mauroz asked his fans what two characters he should use in a NSFW comic. The winners: Rainbow Dash and Fluttershy. From the beginning, Mauroz said that the comic would be non-canon. However, the entire NSFW scenario turns out to be a dream of Fluttershy’s, so it could either be a case of it being a dream makes it non-canon or Fluttershy dreaming of it at all being non-canon. That I don’t know the answer to.
 
Soarin is definitely a viable option for Rainbow, but who’s to say she can’t have feelings for more than one person? Yes, her interactions with Fluttershy can be viewed as platonic or sisterly, but the same could be said about Soarin.
 
Overall, I can’t give you a straight answer for Rainbow’s love life in Mauroz’s series. Only Mauroz knows the true endgame for that. As I see it, the choices being set up for Rainbow are Soarin, Fluttershy, and Spike (this one in particular I don’t understand but I digress). This is Mauroz’s series, and only he knows where it’s going.

Is the dream part of the continuity of this comic, or an excuse for a NSFW comic? I remember reading him talk about considering shipping Dash with Shy when talking about the former’s relationship with Soarin, and I’ve been out of the loop for years, so I’m not going to act like I know anything about the direction he’s going with them. That said, just because they helped each other and are giving stuff up for each other, doesn’t mean they will become lovers (might even become one-sided, which the other not interested in a romance either due to interests or sexuality), since those are things that friends are suppose to do.

Well, they are in Mauroz’s NSFW comic, which takes place in Fluttershy’s dream.
 
Plus, Rainbow and Fluttershy have such a lovely history together in his series: Rainbow saving Fluttershy’s life, Rainbow giving up the competition to stay with Fluttershy, etc.

If anyone, it’s Rarity and AJ that looks like they have eyes for each other. Are they a thing in the comic? It’s been years since I last read it.

Is it just me or does Sunset have bedroom eyes for Twilight?
 
And is Rainbow embarrassed about Scoots hugging her? Or jealous about Sweetie glomping Spike?
