I hope this edit is OK. Seriously, it took me lot of work.
Getting the shadings and textures faithful to the original picture without any kind of source was the hardest part.
I am not really into the NSFW stuff but wanted to make an exception because the original picture was amazing. Anatomy, proportions, dynamic, just great.
