This is the D’ni language from the Myst series, all about books that literally take you places.
 
She is saying, “.Tikolít rú ril [ko]ken tev’jaom” which means “[I am] sorrowful that I was not at your celebration,” (except that she swallowed the “ko-” prefix) which is the closest there is available to “Sorry I skipped your party.”
 
The use of the D’ni translation references the linking panel speeches from the first game, said panels being about where on the page that Twilight is (just centered more).
