Dual GTX still works fine for most games at 4K and 60ps. You only need RTX for super high-end 3D graphics at that same res and frame rate.

That PC is a serious BEAST.

She plays Smash Bros because it’s the customer’s favorite game. Instead of Nintendo, a phone was previously drawn. But it is implied that this selfie is taken on it, and phone was removed. At the customer’s suggestion too.  
In addition, the customer wanted his favorite character (Lucario) to be on the monitor. I don’t have this game to make a plausible screenshot, and I didn’t find it in letsplays and Google images. I had to make do with what I had.
 
 
As for the rest, I’ve never even held a Nintendo Switch in my hands and I don’t know how it interacts with the computer, so I could make mistakes here.  
She can have more that one Nintendo =D Or we can assume that she also just showed a screenshot on the monitor to take a selfie.

Since PCpartpicker can not choose open loop part but i’m already at $6.3k, it will easily go over $10k with all the water cooling stuff.  
The things confuses me are those GPUs are not water cooled, all 480mm of rad is for CPU. Also why GTX?

Okay, before I say anything else, let me tell you that this is a fantastic image. I love every aspect of it.
 
Not to get to my criticism: how is cinnabyte running that game? I see she has a powerful gaming rig, but you can’t get Smash Bros: Ultimate to run natively on it without some sort of ROM file and emulator (and said emulator wouldn’t be able to support online multiplayer). Otherwise she would have to play it on the Switch, which she is clearly not doing since the Switch is right next to her and on the Home screen, meaning it isn’t running the game at all. If they wanted to show Smash Bros: Ultimate, why not just draw the Switch in its dock? Or if they wanted to show the rather impressive gaming rig, why not use a PC game like Red Dead Redemption 2 or the Witcher? My point is the gaming logistics of this picture make zero sense.
 
Also, side note: I wonder how much a computer like that with 2 GPUs that are most likely top-end would cost. Especially if it has other niceties like a Core i7, NVME SSD, and 16-32 GB of GDDR4 RAM, not to mention water cooling to properly run all that. I am guessing it would be $10,000 minimum.
