It’s a reference to a scene in the first episode of Hellsing Ultimate Abridged, where Integra asks Alucard about a mission in Japan, to which he answered by saying “Eh, I’d say I’m ninety-nine… point nine percent done.” as it cuts to the opening scene from the anime High School of the Dead, with a single zombie rattling the school’s front gate, implying that Alucard was tasked with eliminating some zombies, and that the one he missed instigated the whole mess that goes on in that show.
