Anyone can tag an image with a tag that doesn’t exist yet. I did it a few times.
BarryFromMars already added it, but someone non-staff called Ereiam removed it, hence why I said someone else seems to think otherwise.

Unless a staff member decides otherwise, my opinion is to make a
mama-bonormom-bonkeyword :D I ran a handful of likely mom-Bon candidates through https://derpibooru.org/tags and nothing matched. Also, her keyword “bon bon” doesn’t list any matches, which it would if one existed and it was Derpibooru-official.
