Someday good old Grogar and faithful Bray may give M6 a warm visiting.
After watched the show,Grogar would known that LoD were as powerful as himself but still defeated, he have no chance to upsur the kingdom again. So he retired.

Sadly, I don’t think the IDW comics will last too long before ending now that the series is over. Fan interest seems to be waning fast with pony life failing to capture it.
Yeah! I will say it was disappointing. Even though Tirek, Chrysalis, and Cozy were great enjoyable villains in their own right, I agree 100% that Grogar had a LOT of connection to Equestria and he didn’t deserve the treatment that he got in the show itself. Grogar looked like such a great final baddie, but I realized how much they didn’t use this character much throughout the season, but I think it was for the setup for him to be a huge threat in the final episodes and that he will know that the villains would try to betray him. The real Grogar will indeed FORCE them to work with him after he reveals he knows about the bell and if they don’t, he threatened them with punishment. That will be awesome to see. They can still use Tirek, Chrysalis, and Cozy as final villains, but with Grogar in the mix as well! ^^ Still though, when I learned the twist that Discord was Grogar all along, I was surprised. I didn’t see it coming at all! There was hardly ever build up to it, unless you count the minor foreshadow in Summer Sun Setback with Discord’s scene transitioned into Grogar’s scene near the end of the episode. Discord is a VERY good actor, as he played Grogar pretty well. However, what he did, putting Equestria at risk all because he wanted to push Twilight’s confidence for being the Ruler of Equestria during her coronation. Yeah… bad plan Discord. xDD So yeah, it still sucks we never got the real Grogar. It would have made the finale a LOT more fun and enjoyable for me in my opinion. But eh, what is done is done and you can’t change it. Let’s hope the comics use his character much better. If they decide to use him that us. xDD
@CrystalKing17
I hope so. It was so stupid how they just decided to kill off a villain with so much potential all because they didn’t want some new guy to be the final villain and that the others had more connection to the heroes. I’d understand if they created a random villain from scratch, but this was a G1 villain who had more connection to Equestria and it’s history than any other villain in the show. Of course the writers were like “Screw Equestria, we only care about the ponies”. With their logic an unreformed version of Trixie would have been better final villain than say, an all-powerful bad guy who once ruled over Equestria.
Grogar’s bell was probably locked up after the events of The Ending of the End. If Grogar did get his bell back, he’d probably use it to drain Discord of all his magic (for a time) and took him back to his lair where he remained for a long time. He would then either shatter the statue of the mean 3 and scatter the pieces (as punishment for stealing his bell), or he would release the three (realizing that Discord set them up to be stoned forever) and take the three to his lair where they would remain for a long time.

GOOD ENDING!
Ah, Aku’s strategy.
Little does he realize Gusty is immortal thanks to time travel shenanigans
Gusty died. Grogar has no foe ever, He can enjoy a long sweet retire time now

That be VERY interesting! I hope the Season 10 comics will do something like that! :D
