At Sweet Apple Acres, Sugar Belle was sitting on her rocking chair holding her belly as Applejack came to her, “Hey Sugar Belle how are you doing?” Applejack said as she placed her hoof on her sister in law’s belly, “Feeling good, but the baby is kicking and my belly is growing, I’ll be fine!” Sugar Belle said as she got up on the rocking chair, “Are you shore?You are not feeling well and Big Mac is away with arrines and let us keep an eye on you!” Applejack said, “I’m really fine and I’m going to the spa with Mrs. Cake!” Sugar Belle as Mrs. Cake walk inside, “Are you ready dear?” Mrs. Cake said, “Yes I…ahhh!” Sugar Belle screamed and sat on the floor, “SUGAR BELLE!” Applejack said in shock and ran to her sister in law’s side.
 
“Are you okay?” Mrs. Cake said as Apple Bloom and her friends came down the stairs with Spike,“What happened?” Apple Bloom said as water went on the floor, “Oh my gosh, your water just broke!” Applejack said, “We need to get her to the hospital fast!” Sweetie Belle said, “I…felt…it…the…baby…is…coming!” Sugar Belle breathed as Applejack held her side as the family ran out of the door.

At the hospital, the apple family placed Sugar Belle on the bed as Doctor Horse came in, “Well looks like your water just broke?” Doctor Horse said, “Yay we need to get the baby out of her!” Applejack said, ``Yay, I hope it’s a boy and an earth pony!” Scootaloo said, “No, she is going to be a girl and a unicorn!” Sweetie Belle said, “Okay we need the father now where is he?” Doctor Horse said, “Big…Mac…is…in…an…arrien!” Sugar Belle said as she breathed, “Okay Spike go and find Big Mac okay!” Applejack said, “Alright!” Spike said as fly off.
 
Big Mac was delivering pies near the train station as Spike came, “Big Mac, you need to get to the hospital fast, Sugar Belle is going into labor!” Spike said in panicky, ““WHAT!” Big Mac said in shock as run faster with Spike, “We will never get to it on time!” Big Mac said while running, “I know, let’s ask Discord for help DISCORD!!!” Spike said as Discord appeared looking not well.
 
(Sniff) well hello there!” Discord sniffed who has a cold, “Discord we need your help, Sugar Belle is going into labor and we need to get to the hospital fast!” Spike said, “I’m sorry Spike and Big Mac, I can’t because I have a cold and I can’t teleport you there!” Discord said and sneezed, “What you have to, I’m going to be a dad soon!” Big Mac said.
 
“Sorry I have to lie down at home, I hope you get there in time goodbye!” Discord said and snapped his fingers away as Spike and Big Mac looked worried, “Now what can we do?” Spike said in worry ness.

At the hospital, Sugar Belle breathed in and out, “Where is Big Mac?” Sugar Belle panic, “He will be here dearie, Spike is bringing him here soon!” Mrs. Cake said, holding Sugar Belle’s hoof as the mane 6 came in, “we’re here!” Rarity said as they came in, “Oh I’m so happy for you Applejack, you’re going to be an aunt soon, I’m so happy!” Rarity said as she hugged her apple friend.
 
“Yay after this bundle of joy arrives, I will babysit him or her!” Pinkie Pie said, “And we came to see the delivery!” Rainbow Dash said, “Yes I hope the baby is a girl like you Sugar Belle, or a boy like Big Mac!” Fluttershy said, “I’m so happy for you Applejack!” Twilight said as she hugged her friend, “Thanks Twi!” Applejack said.
 
Big Mac and Spike ran as fast as they could until they saw Zecora carrying a wagon of potions across the bridge, “Whow, what are you running, what is the rush?” Zecora said in rhyme, “Sorry Zecora, we need to get to the hospital fast to help my wife give birth!” Big Mac said, “Oh the hospital I see, I hope you get here fast for the big day!” Zecora said as she moved the wagon at the end of the bridge, “Here you go but be quick before the sunsets and you will miss it!” Zecora said as Big Mac and Spike ran off.
 
At the hospital, Sugar Belle breathed again as Nurse Redheart came in, “How is the mother doing?” Redheart said, “A little bit good dear!” Mrs. Cake said as she held Sugar Belle’s hoof, “Ahhh!” Sugar Belle screamed, “SUGAR BELLE!” the ponies said, “Are you alright?” Applejack said, “I…think…the…baby…is…coming…NOW!” Sugar Belle screamed again as the ponies were shocked.

“Okay, I want family and friends out of the room and we will call you when the baby has arrived!” Nurse Redheart said as the mane 5, Mrs. Cake, Scootaloo and Sweetie Belle left the room leaving Applejack with Sugar Belle as she breathed.
 
Big Mac and Spike run as fast as they can, across BerryShine, Sassafash, and a changeling, they jump over some hay, over a river, “Come on Spike hurry!” Big Mac said as his hooves ran faster then he can ever be, “I’m Coming Big Mac, I’m coming!” Spike said as he fly faster to the hospital, they ran into the waiting room, run through the nurses to the waiting room where the mane 6, Mrs. Cake, Sweetie Belle, and Scootaloo were there as Discord popped up, “Guess who’s better after being sick!” Discord said as Applejack came out, “Big Mac you’re here, Sugar Belle need you!” Applejack said as Big Mac came into the delivery room, “Big Mac you’re here!” Sugar Belle said who was happy to see her husband.
 
Big Mac came to his wife’s side and held her hoof, “Okay Sugar Belle a count of 3 push, 1,2,3 push!” Doctor Horse said as Sugar Belle pushed as she held her teeth and screamed “AHHH!”.
 
“You’re doing, great honey push!” Big Mac said as he held his wife’s hoof harder, “Okay Sugar Belle you doing great push hard!” Doctor Horse said as Sugar Belle’s tears ran down her face as she screamed again, “AHHHHHH!” “You’re doing great Sugar Belle, I see the head now pushing hearder!” Doctor Horse said again, “I…can’t…I…can’t!” Sugar Belle cried a little bit, “Honey you can do it, I love you now push push!” Big Mac said as kiss his wife and held her hoof as she pushed and screamed, “AAAAHHHHHHHH!”
 
Sugar Belle finished pushing and tired and she and Big Mac heard a strange cry, “WSHH” WAHHHHH!” “Contractions Sugar Belle and Big Mac, It’s a boy and cult!” Nurse Redheard held their baby and gave him to Sugar Belle, “Oh my goodness, he’s beautiful!” Sugar Belle said as tears ran down face and Big Mac’s too, “I’m a dad now!” Big Mac said as the family and friends came in, “Oh my good… Apple Bloom said as was hushed by the family and friends, “(Wisper), I’m an aunt!” Apple Bloom said as she came to the bed and Applejack too, “I can’t believe it, he is so cute!” Applejack said as placed her hoof on her nephew, “he is purple like his mother!” Pinkie Pie said, “Yay Pinkie Pie, he is like his mother’s!” Rainbow Dash said.
 
“Contractions Applejack!” Twilight said as she hugged her friend, “And his hair is green like his father’s!” Rarity said, “Eyyup!” Big Mac said, “So what are you going to name him?” Fluttershy said, “Yay how about Sugar Jr!” Sweetie Belle said, “No Big Sugar!” Scootaloo said, “Maybe Sugar Mac!” Mrs. Cake said, “I know what the name is!” Sugar Belle said, “Eyyup!” Big Mac said, “Little Mac!” they said, “Little Mac?” Applejack said, “Yes when he grows up, he will have my name then!” Big Mac said, Oh okay!” Applejack said, “I think the future will have him in our family dear!” Sugar Belle said, “Eyyup, it is, honey yes it did!” Big Mac said as they family look at the foal as the doors closed at the end of the episode.
