For this week’s personal project, I wanted something simple and straight forward so I went back to that comfort zone that has been the regular of this gallery for almost a decade.
 
I didn’t want to make this project of projects all about MLP, so I gave myself a rule of not making every drawing pony themed. After twenty nine drawings, I think I can allow myself to draw something pony related, and since one of the ideas on my notes was “Chrysalis as the Borg Queen” I thought to go with that one. A few years ago I drew Rarity as the Borg Queen during one of my streams, and while that picture wasn’t terrible I always felt it could’ve been much better. Besides Chrysalis fits the theme of the Borg Queen better than Rarity does, I have no idea what I was thinking.
 
I think it turned out alright, but it’s your opinion the one that matters, so…
