Facerig was the first program I tried and it didn’t work. If you know any program that can make vrm models have facetracking, do tell. Obviously I’d improve it if I knew how. I never intended for my cheap commissioned character model to be perfect. I’m testing it out first and maybe upgrading it later. Always better to have something than nothing. A lot of people are perfectly fine with what I have right now and they even tip. I’m more a voice actor than anything. I don’t specialize in figuring out this stuff. Take it or leave it. Not everyone has to like it.

I know I already commentd on this monstrosity, but real talk. If you’re going to do something like this, you need to have expressions. I know this is just a simple program taht’s tracking your face and applying animations to a model based on it, but Facerig did it so much better, despite being horribly buggy. From what I read in a comment replying to my previous one, this is due to a hasty, lack of care job. If you do this kind of thing regularly, or as a main source of content, you need to put the effort in, you need to have those flexes and morphs for the model to be properly expressive. There’s literally no expressive change in the model visually to coincide with the apparent shock of witnessing Fluttershy nsfw artwork, and to me, and many, many others, it’s offputting, creepy, and will make you lose people who would otherwise love your work.

tl;dr: You need to put more effort in your model and make it look good for it to not be a creepy emotionless puppet.

Yah, shes using Vroid, I believe. You can get good results but requires more knowledge on how to morph models in blender, ect. Whoever made that model just created it in the base program, slapped pink hair & called it a day lol.
