Frank Welker also voiced Megatron in Transformers: Age of Extinction and Transformers: The Last Knight replacing Hugo Weaving. No wonder why Frank Welker can voice both Megatron and Soundwave and Peter Cullen voicing Optimus Prime in G1, Bayverse and the Aligned Continuity.

Chrysalis can’t be trusted. But nor can Megatron. And Megatron keeps Starscream around so he’s no stranger to backstabbers. He’s only kept around because he’s a useful backstabber, mostly, and Megatron knows how to deal with him.

Remember, this is Transformers we’re talking about. Consistent scale has never been the franchise’s strongest point.

Size ratios seemed to vary between the artists here. Chrysalis is much larger in comparison to Megatron than what was seen between Twilight Sparkle and Optimus Prime, even though it was the same artist here. Chrysalis here appeared to be horse-sized while Rarity and other ponies in Manhattan are human-sized. Optimus and Megatron are 38 ft / 11.5 m high, but this rule is not respected in the G1 and IDW comics, only they were “bigger” than most transformers.
 
At least one knows that Chrysalis is taller than a human; as an M1 Abrams tank is 8.0 ft / 2.4 m high. As with the image of Batgirl and Luna by Andyprice.

Size ratios can be seen in this picture. According to G1 Comics / IDW Comics, Megatron is 28 ft / 8.5 m high or 38 ft / 9.1 m high. It looks like Chrysalis is horse-sized, also in the picture with the tank that she was standing on top of. Then it meant that the ponies in the crossover story are human-sized or slightly larger. So if Pinkie and Shockwave were to fight each other in logic verse illogic - it is possible that Pinkie can, by being closest in the picture, have the same size as a horse.
 
A horse is usually 1.4 to 1.8 m tall (mane height) and 2.4 m long. Shockwave in G1 Comic / IDW Comics is not much bigger than Megatron.

I grew up with David Kaye, but others have also done a great job. Honestly, I find it varies from Megatron to Megatron as a result.

Because I grew up with David Kaye’s Megatron, I always imagined that to be his voice.

Still can’t get Frank Welker’s voice out of my head for Megatron, be it his G1 or Prime variation.

Note that he’s a lot bigger than you, Chrissy.
