Teak itself is hard to catch, but given enough fuel it will. Hemp and canvas in particular go up like tinder. Two things the ships’ topsides are aplenty, to say nothing of any barrels of gun power and kerosene lamps that may be present. Folks back then didn’t take dragons into account since they, y’know, didn’t exist.
Yeah yeah, “It’s a show(comic) I should really just relax” and all that, but hey, nitpicking is fun in small amounts.
Actually there’s a slight problem in that plan ships like those are made from a type of wood called teak wood which is extremely strong against impact and flame resistant meaning they don’t catch fire easily throw in the fact that they’re at Sea and yeah they need to Splash oil on the ships before they could get a good flame of going.
Especially if he turns into Spikezilla again.
