I know, I usually try my best to ignore them, good thing I’m very forgetful so eventually I will forget about it XD
I’ve seen some ones say they hate oc or some particular canon characters pictures and will often downvote them on this site.But personally I don’t think it’s the right way of using downvote button.
It’s normal to have a few downvotes on this site.Just ignore them and don’t let them effect you.

My guess is they’re trying to get a reaction out of you. Best course of action is just to ignore it.

Yeah I’m surprised they take it srsly LOL I was literally just joking around with me being insecure, but I guess nowadays ppl can easily get offended with almost anything.

It still gets me thinking what makes them do that. Cuz being an asshole is fun or something? I don’t get it.
There are people who go on these sites just to be trolls and downvote everything they see. Doesn’t matter if it’s a gorgeous picture, or an adorable picture of Twilight or something. Some people just enjoy being assholes toward pony fans.
I put my heart in things I do, I admit I’m a sensitive person. I sure love getting positive comments and I don’t mind getting constructive criticism as well. But sometimes ppl comment just to say they hate it. For example every one of my art always have at least 1 downvote. And it makes me self conscious, what did I do wrong? Am I offending someone? Are other ppl commenting just bcs they feel bad of me? Am I not making ppl happy? Since the answers of these questions aren’t guaranteed, it makes me insecure.
no so much Sugar but it’s not uncommon to see an artist get into a massive argument with one negative person in the the comments in a massive list of positive ones :)

that’s true, I made up the anon comment with my alt account, I explained it on the tweet.
Though it’s based on irl since there are ppl who commented like that but it’s very very little (which is enough to make me feel insecure XD)
This was I believe an intentional project on her part. She asked on Twitter for comments to add to the animatic, and I think that “Meh, not bad” comment is made up just to fit the theme.
