I don’t think its like that, (although not counting whatever curse Twilight seems to be under).
Considering all the reality defying techniques Dash in canon is already capable of doing like Sonic Rainboom, Buccaneer Blaze(although only seen in her head), and Pegasi by nature have passive weather control and RD’s has always been unusually high, this is basically just an idea of RD being able use pegasi weather control as a weaponized technique, and considering Pegasi were a war race 1000 years prior, that’s not very unlikely.
RD can already do a mini nuke on a house just by flying with a ton of power straight down.
RD is ridiculously OP when she can cut loose completely.
It should be called the ‘Getter Dragon’ pose since it originated from Getter Robo and predated Gainax.
I love her already.
Edited because: typo
And the one it needs right now.
…
Oh no! I want them to keep up the good word!
So does everyone in this universe have magical powers including those who traditionally don’t have latent potential? Huh…
Figuratively, soon to be literally.
