“I see… Alright… Of course, of course…” Twilight mumbled to herself as her eyes scanned through the pages of her paperback copy of Everything You Always Wanted to Know about Sailing: But Were Afraid to Ask by Max Inkwell. Pacing around the dock, she could feel her full belly bouncing slightly from her last meal. She tries not to let it distract her, as she needed to focus on this trip.

She continued to study up when she suddenly heard the echoing sounds of her puffy pink friend. “WHO’S READY TO SET SAIL?!” Pinkie shouted out, skipping down the wooden steps and onto the pier with such high energy, which was quite impressive considering her size.

“You know I am! Got everything we need right here.” With a sense a pride in learning a whole new set of skills, Twilight raised up and showed off her paperback copy of Everything You Always Wanted to Know about Sailing: But Were Afraid to Ask by Max Inkwell. “I just wish we were able to find at least one more person to join us.”

“Not to worry, sailor! Cause I found someone who’s super excited to join us!”

Then, as if on cue…

“I’ll be right down, darlings!” A familiar voice called out from the top of the steps. The two girls looked up to find Rarity, the heaviest in their circle of friends, slowly coming down the wooden steps.

“We’ll wait up!” Pinkie waved back excitedly, turning towards the sailboat.

Twilight, however, felt her worries getting the best of her. Though, she and her friends have already gotten used to Rarity’s massive size, trying to do various activities with her having proven to be quite a challenge recently. And judging from the consistent sound of creaking wood underneath each laborious step the nearly 800-pound girl took, this sailing trip would be no exception.

She made her way onto the boat and rushed up to Pinkie. “Why did you invite Rarity!?” Twilight hissed, making sure the friend in question wouldn’t hear.

“Well, I asked her yesterday. AJ and Rainbow Dash couldn’t come cause they were gonna play volleyball. Fluttershy was gonna hang out with a bunch of crabs. And I think you said something about Sunset playing video games all day…”

“Pinkie, this boat has a weight limit of about 1200 pounds! It can capsize with all three of us on it!”

“Aww, but I already made gift baskets for all three of us.” Pinkie pouted as she brought out one of them (though it’s unclear from where). “Actually, Rarity already ate two of them on the walk over here, and she’ll probably eat this one too. But I can always make more,” she shrugged.

As Twilight began to feel a migraine coming on, Rarity finally arrives, the wooden planks beneath her creaking ominously beneath her enormously wobbling gait. “Thank you so much for inviting me, girls. I just wish it wasn’t so short notice, otherwise I would’ve had more time to prepare.”

“Uh, Rarity, about that…” Twilight interjected.

However, after taking in the whole sight of the sailboat, Rarity suddenly slowed to a stop as her grin started to shrink. “Oh… you know, when Pinkie described this little trip, I was sort of picturing the boat to be a little more… sizable?” Rarity explained as she placed her chubby hands onto her own sizeable frame. Though she had no shame in her girth, she wasn’t blind to how limiting it’s been getting lately.

Pinkie was starting to pick up on the situation, but she wasn’t giving up on having fun so easily. “Well, I’m sure Rarity can still hop on for a bit before we go!” She exclaimed, trying her best to paste on her party face. “She still hasn’t eaten her third gift basket.”

“Hmm…” Twilight thought for a moment, “I suppose if we’re still docked…” With concern, she turned towards Rarity, who was already sitting on the edge of the pier with trunk-sized legs dangling over the boat. “Oh, Rarity!” She stammered “D-Do you need help?”

“I… hope not.” With hesitation, Rarity scooted her hefty body forward and dropped down onto the deck.

Overwhelmed by the sudden massive cargo, the sailboat immediately tilted portside, throwing all three of its passengers off balance. While Rarity fell backwards onto the cushioned seats, Twilight and Pinkie were quickly flung to the side. Twilight was able to stop herself from going overboard, but Pinkie fell straight into the water.

“PINKIE!” Twilight and Rarity panicked.

It took a few seconds before Pinkie bobbed her head above the water. “I’m okay!” She called out with a thumbs up.

The two girls sighed heavily with relief. “Oh, I thought I was gonna have a stoke,” Twilight moaned.

Pinkie’s gift basket was ruined, and Twilight’s paperback copy of Everything You Always Wanted to Know about Sailing: But Were Afraid to Ask by Max Inkwell was waterlogged. But thankfully, everything else seemed okay.

“Yeah, we’re gonna need a bigger boat,” Pinkie noted.

Is there a part 2 to this image, and can it involve Rarity trying to squeeze through that door in the background?

I bet Rarity is going to be the size of Fluttershy’s old size sooner or later
