Alas, the people pretending to advocate “racism is bad” are the ones perpetuating it by making everything about race. When I was growing up in the old country I was recognizant of people’s races, but it factored in for me about the same as their hair or eye color. This was back in the early 2000s.
But now? People discuss it ad nauseam. The “progressives” (and I use that term very loosely) turned it into a big deal for the sake of being contrarian.
The fight to “stop racism” will never come to an end while people fight it, ironically enough. You want it to end? Stop making everything about race. Period.

However, if the context is the artist is an SJW who thinks everything is racist, Trump is Hitler, Nazis are everywhere, fascism is on the rise, systemic racism/white privilege is a thing, but racism against whites isn’t racism and is okay, that enjoying racist jokes actually spread racism and must mean you actually are a racist who hates other races, and that perfectly normal, moderate political opinions like being against mass/illegal immigration, wanting immigrants to learn the language of the country they move to and assimilate and not get on welfare, criticizing Islam, criticizing third-world cultures, wanting to cut welfare, wanting voter ID laws, agreeing with official crime statistics, and denying systemic racism are signs of secret if not outright racism (none of which are true), then I understand where all the dislike is coming from and it is deserved, because they’re not talking about real, actual racists but calling a shitload of people that who aren’t.
The standard that should be used for what is and isn’t racism is the 90s standard, where to be considered racist, you had to intentionally do things to people because of their race and say bad things about entire races of people, not this microaggression, secret racist intentions behind not overtly racist things, white privilege, PC bullshit. The 90s are considered modern, not extreme times, so if society didn’t consider something racist in the 90s, it’s not now and never can be. Were all the aforementioned opinions that SJWs now say are racist considered okay in the 90s? Yes? Then they are now and must be forever. You can’t just retcon 90s things into being racist. Oh, yes, that extreme 90s racism that everyone talks about where you were hated and shunned if you did bad things to people because of their race and said you hated races of people, and there was no race-based legislation, and protection from racial discrimination was enshrined in law, and people believed people of all races could achieve anything and treating people differently because of their race was wrong and that everyone should be treated equally. Oh, what extreme times the 90s were.
I’m going to give OP the benefit of the doubt and assume that they use the golden 90s standard and aren’t a far-left SJW with a vastly over-expanded, hyperbolic, overly dramatic view of what constitutes bigotry.
