DM: Getting back on track… Since you’re all now in Canterlot, I’m assuming that Twilight is heading straight for the palace to meet up with her brother?
Twilight Sparkle: <sigh> Yes, I suppose it’s time.
DM: Excellent. As you approach the castle, you can see Princess Celestia atop the tallest tower, watching the perimeter through a spyglass.
Applejack: That’s… not what Ah expected.
DM: When you arrive, there are even more guards watching every angle of the courtyard. Initially they raise their spears towards you in response to this unannounced intrusion, but–
Shining Armor: Hey hey, cool it! That’s my sister you’re menacing there.
DM: …The Captain of the Guard pops up to de-escalate the situation.
Twilight Sparkle: I mean, I don’t know if “menacing” was the right word anyway…
Shining Armor: Well yeah, you’re a paragon-level Wizard. I’m definitely telling them to back off for their protection, not yours.
DM: Probably wise.
