If I may ask, what is this “Friendship is forever” thing? I just came into knowing about this?
A mini sub series after the finale or something?
 
Have you been living under a rock? Well, they’re basically clipshows. They contain around 5 minutes of new footage each, but most of them consist of footage from previous episodes.

It’s a clipshow with a few minutes new animation thrown in to act as the framing device. Basically, Spike and Starlight are going around collecting old memories to put into the book they give to Twilight in “The Last Problem”.
