Nah. Liquids will naturally form spherical globs in zero G and nothing prevents them floating away from an open vessel once said vessel moves in the opposite direction. The only way to make the coffee stay inside the cup and to give it a level surface like this would require constantly moving the cup around and rely on inertia to make it stay put.
