Well i already state that he can be back as background pony or create new a account (but it mostly end in that ip or account being banned.) by using VPN, Proxy, TOR (if he really want to do it fancily). and other method to hide his real IP.

but what I mean by “it’s not hard to get a ban” is that mods can be very…. vigorous in enforcing rules and they don’t usually give much leeway  
but you are correct in that, to their credit, they are strict but never unfair

You know i am not actually judging him just for a few comment. i already read all of the comments here. he is the most noticeable duck here with his magic word “two gifs glue together.” i mean seriously he already got multiple banned because of his behavior judging by well he got duck badges and yet he still have almost the same behavior for over 3 years at least here. while most of his comment is against the gif above. but i just can’t think how could he possibly type this

I’m not saying it’s hard to get a tempban, or a permaban for that matter. It’s just, if you do, you’ve likely done something to deserve it. And if you haven’t, you can usually talk to the mods on IRC or something to get it sorted out.
 
Again, though, I’ve been on the site for over 2 years and have not gotten a single ban, so maybe I have false impressions.

I mean really he already complaining even insulting people who like it for over 3 years.
