forget IE. With Linux, you don’t even need a browser to install a new one.
 
sudo apt install chromium > using IE to search bing to find and download the browser and running the installer with bundleware and viruses.

Haha, first thing every pony does on internet explorer is download a new browser.

Once, after my computer was infected and I had to do a clean re-install, I went online via Chrome…and the first thing I did was download IE11.
