Just add in magic back to those logs and the right know-how and viola, the Mean 6 are back.

Honestly I feel like Chrysalis is not in a healthy state of mind to make rational decisions pretty much.
She needs help, like.. REAL professional help, not a certain chaos spirit to try to use her as cannon fodder to boost book princess’s confidence.

Nope, I say just Discord.
If its about the trio being statued part, Discord pretty much took advantage of the sisters being pissed off about their last days as rulers being screwed over to be allowed to screw the trio over like that. That’s pretty much how his damn suggestion got through, the sisters were too pissed at the moment to realized that Discord shouldn’t be allowed to decide the trio’s fates.
In fact his damn plan most likely damaged Luna and Celestia’s reputations further and probably wrecked up what confidence they had left.
Personally, all three of them, Luna, Celestia and Discord deserve a healthy smash in the face with a shovel.
I hope the season 10 comics would do the Royal Sisters much better justice than how the finale handled them.
3 favs of mine(Luna, Spike and Chrysalis) got screwed in some way by Discord’s iffy plan..

Honestly I kind of resented that house plant due to how the Royal Sisters were handled. Like it felt like destiny screwed Luna and Celestia over big time in favor of that plant’s “chosen one”(Twilight).
I adore Twilight but I do harbor a bitterness towards her with how the sisters were handled.
Honestly the writers could have done something than making Cozy Glow be sent to Tarturus.
But really, putting Tirek in that prison for Discord to pluck up for his iffy plan is not the sisters’ fault. Discord pretty much violated laws by breaking someone out of Tarturus like that. Pretty much if either 2 were sent anywhere else, Discord would still pluck them up for his iffy plan.

the royal sisters put tirek and cozy in tartarus, giving discord the perfect opportunity to win their favor by breaking them out.
well, with tirek they didn’t have much of a choice, but… the sisters are not innocent of wrongdoing.

Honestly its ultimately Discord’s fault in the end since his plan pushed them off the deep end further.
They were no longer threats(at least for a long time) until he got his damn claws on them.
If he left them be, they wouldn’t end up like this in the first place.
