They’re still together, they never really broke up. They’re still happily married, they still love eachother. They just live apart from eachother because Ocean Flow (mother) likes the water more, and Sky Beak (father) likes the land more.

Living apart isn’t the same as not being together. You can call it a “long-distance marriage”.
