For me I’d have to say Reindeer, only because while the Mechanicum isn’t a part of the Imperium they are joined at the hip regardless. Seeing as the weapons and tech wouldn’t work without tech preists.
That’s not to say that Earth ponies couldn’t have a chapter of Space Marines that share a similar beleif, like to the Iron Hands, whose Primarch would then be (in my opinion) either Lyra Heartstrings or Tempest Shadow.

Oh sorry, I know the Adeptus Mechanicus are a race of cyborgs that beleive in becoming “one with the machine.” What I meant was what species of Equestria would make for the Mechanicus (for crossover parody reasons). I’ve seen interpretations of Earth Ponies as well as Reindeer (though I think the Reindeer might have a more aesthetic appeal if done well enough.)
