Okay. I read about this issue on TV Tropes, and they mention there that ‘While watching the Draytona Breach 500 race via airship, she observes that Dr. Sacks Roamer is about to cross the finish line into Yakyakistan with his stolen dragon artifact (as he knows the dragons will be unable to follow him due to the cold).’

If dragons can’t take the cold of Yakyakistan, then how the heck were they able to attack and occupy it a few years ago?
