This is sorta the same issue with bees I have in a game of Space Station 13, where they are capable of stinging multiple times and grow to the size of baseballs.

That’s an aspect of her character that seems to have been downplayed recently. Her linguistic skills were referenced a lot in the earlier entries.
I guess BB likes honey and dislikes getting stung.
I could get autistic and talk about species of fruit that are only pollinated by certain species of wasp, not bees, but that would ruin the light-hearted mood.
…and last panel should have her saying “Oh? You’re approaching me? Come as close as you like!”

Fun fact: bumblebees generate miscroscopic vortices under their wings generating more lift.
They’re practically flying on miniature tornados.
Fun fact: human sweat excudes two mixes of smells which differ only little, one for fear and one for anger. It’s assumed the body’s fight-or-flight response may have originally also alerted other members of the tribe, explaining the observation that if one human in a room got anxious or aggressive, others would follow.
Docile animals such as horses and insects such as wasps can smell humans from a mile away.

fuck’em tho.
get new bug killer robots to do the job that aren’t fucking assholes.
Actually, that would be bad. Wasps are one of natures better insect killers.
Couldn’t agree more
