Actually the 80s show decided to use the next mutation idea with their mutations destabilizing in season 9 and at first they were just using the Raphael design but eventually they had them growing armour and electronical parts

when I do Google David but it says it’s supposed to come out in 2021 but I do doubt that because again we haven’t heard anything about it we don’t even know if it’s in pre-production and of course everything is being delayed for obvious reasons
I didn’t mind the CGI turtles as much as the TMNT3 ones frankly. (I’ll even say I liked the new look they had for Bebop, Rocksteady, and Krang.)
Apparentlly, a new reboot movie is still planned, but they might wait awhile after the last movie flopped. (A shame as I liked it.)
(I must add I had a much longer post typed out, but when I tried to submit it, I got a “CAPTCHA” message instead for some damn reason, and now I lost it… I swear I feel cursed with the internet sometimes…)
The costumes probably would have been terrible considering how bad they looked in the third film because they no longer had Jim Henson working on them. I never actually had any issue with the CDI ones. Apparently a number movie reboot is planned that we know nothing about it. There’s even rumours that the sonic backlash got it cancelled
I think so. (Not to be confused with the 1997 show with the female turtle)
I wasn’t too keen on those designs, I’ll even say I prefer the 2013 movie reboot designs.
I also dislike the idea of giving the turtles “superpowers.” Part of their appeal, is they’re basically normal people/teenagers, despite being turtle mutants who know martial arts.

Are you talking about the next mutation that’s the only cancelled movie with designs that I know of. (I don’t think 2011 had any designs)
Yeah, I’m glad after all the years of Sonic the Hedgehog being spat on, he’s finally getting some love.
And DYKM can get bent, I remember how biased their video on it was… (Granted, it was before the improved redesign, but honestly… Old toothy, tiny-eyed Sonic while not great, wasn’t as bad as the “CATS” remake designs, or the scrapped Ninja Turtle movie designs I’ve seen which included “Wolverine Raphael,” and such. So honestly I’ve seen much worse.)
it’s also pretty funny how well Sonic did after did you know movie said the movie was not going to make profit.
Which came off as a bit spiteful really I don’t recall them talking about box office predictions with other movies before
even with Sonic’s original release date detective Pikachu would have already have been on home media.
the only thing they would have been competing against each other would have just been being the better film but of course that’s not winner takes all
Granted, the Sonic movie was pretty well received. It even outdid “Detective Pikachu” amazingly, which is also hilarious in hindsight, because many “Detective Pikachu” fans, and Nintendo sites were putting down the Sonic movie, before it’s release, and trying to compete the movies against each other. (Which is odd, because they were both released a year apart.

Almost got ‘em in Sonic Forces (Mobile) also. I must add, I wish Sega would stop naming their portable games the same as their console games, if they’re going to be completely different games. It’s very misleading. (They’ve done that sense the Game Gear games. Granted Sonic 1 did have some similar stages, but still quite different.) It might as well be called “Sonic Dash 3.”
In fact, “Sonic Colors DS” might as well be called “Sonic Rush 3.” (Though, they nerfed the Rush meter.)
