With Spike and Twilight out of the library, Nyx is free to practice magic without fear of reprimand! In this particular Tumblr, she has the ability to create portals, connecting to places in her own world and to others. This was actually part of the setup for introducing a terrifying new character later, named Griffy, who would have been quite a lil shid. Here, though, she portals Diamond Tiara through, one of her close ‘friends’, as a way of demonstrating her magic. Of course, she forgot to put on her vest, so DT immediately notices her wings, which she isn’t supposed to have.
 
This ‘portaling’ was also used in another comic to introduce a character from another tumblr. Since that one’s kind of related, I may post it later today.
