Lucky girls. Or can someone ask an artist to make comics with driving a car? It would be interesting to see how each of the girls drives a car, then someone in the back seat starts choking, for example Twilight Sparkle, who unexpectedly presses the gas pedal and accelerates the car, then sharply presses the brake, from which the killer flies out through the windshield.

Orange Balloons are not that powerful. Naofumi can take them out just by punching them. Of course it takes like twenty minutes for him to punch one to death, but they cannot damage him anyway.
