Still not sure why everyone is acting like this is going to happen and Twilight will outlive them. Alicorn immortality was ever stated in cannon and alicorns outside of Celestia and Luna aged normally.

I still don’t think Twilight is immortal. If Celestia wanted them to rule together than it would be countereffective to have wilight become an immortal and watch her freinds die.

Nah, I think at 19 years later she will use the spell that turned HER into an Alicorn on her friends so they regain their youth and become Alicorns too so they will be together forever, after all the Princess of Friendship needs her friends along side her, besides I bet DISCORD would do ANYTHING to keep Fluttershy around.

In 20 years, they will all die.  
For 50 years, Tiwlight will visit their graves every day.  
Then for 100 years, she will do that once a week, remembering how much fun they had together  
Then after 200 years, she will struggle to remember the day when she came to Ponyville for the first time, meeting her best friends.  
Then, after 500 years, she will try to collect as much photos as possible, to remember their faces.  
Then, after 1000 years, the memory of their existence will fade away, as the next 40 generations of pony “friends” will replace her memories.  
Then, after 2000 years, she will completely forget the meaning of friendship, as the number of “best friends” will exceed 200.  
Then, after 3000 years she will wish she died just like Pink Cake, Apples, Rainy Bolt or whatever were the names of her first friends.
