Personality/Bio: Astral is strong, brave, and smart. She knows how to think about and solve problems fairly easily, and she is very good at math. She is also a great flyer, and because of her abnormally large wings, can fly at large amounts of speed.

Astral Aura is the princess of the night, which means she has the duties of what Luna once had before she retired. Astral works with Luster Dawn (princess of the day), and it is planned for them to rule Equestria side by side together.

Though Astral may seem like she has the perfect life, she most certainly does not. All of this princess pressure really gets to her, and she sometimes wishes she could be like a normal pony. While others dreamed of being a strong and powerful alicorn, Astral wants to be an earth pony with nothing special about her that makes her stand out from the crowd. When she went to friendship school, She’d always be asked for autographs and pictures and… She didn’t like it. She just wanted to be like everyone else. Now that she’s older, she’s learned to accept herself and embrace her differences, but sometimes she still has that little twinge of jealousy towards the earth ponies she sees around town.
In her school days, she would get into a lot of fights with other ponies. Either they were being annoying by repeatedly asking something from her, or just being a jerk (to her or her friends). This is how she got the scar on her eyelid. Some creature was picking on her friend Eris, so she started telling them off. One thing led to another and… Yeah. Scar. Astral likes how it makes her look more tough though, so she doesn’t mind it being there.

Astral’s relationships with her friends and family are all great.
She always likes to geek out on egg-head stuff with her mother Twilight such as: the latest darning do book, science and explosions, conspiracy theories, and much more. They talk about nerdy stuff and royal struggles, and she feels like she relates to Twilight in many ways. I mean, she almost looks exactly like her! Astral is like a mini Twi to Twilight, and she tries to make sure she doesn’t make any of the mistakes she did as a young alicorn.

Astral likes to talk about the more tom-boyish stuff with her mother Rainbow Dash. They like to go on flights in the morning together and race against each other in the sky. Rainbow always vents to her daughter about stupid co-workers, and it always gets a good laugh out of Astral when she’s feeling down. Astral likes travelling with Rainbow Dash to other places (example: Las Pegasus), and they usually do it every summer.

She also has a little sister named Comet Blast who is a science nerd and Astral would 110% die for her
