Thanks! In fact my name Cosmas comes from a 6th century Byzantine Greek merchant turned monk Cosmas Indicopleustes who travelled to a lot of the world like Axum and even to India and Ceylon. He believed that the earth was flat and tried to prove it through his book Christian Topography. Contrary to 19th century historians, most Christians back then did not believe in a flat earth and he was criticized by many religious officals back then for this. But he still was great for writing accurately about his travels like in Kerala. And his strange outsider views kind of give a certain charm to him.
Anyways, I’m not necessarily a huge lover of Byzantine stuff but I definitely still love looking at it. I do love things with historical influence especially ones that are more exotic, like Byzantine or Ancient Indian civilizations. That’s what I like about you.
