Going to the effort of fixing something, only to end up with a different incorrect version. Well, I guess you tried. I have no diea what app you’re using, but most gif editors will let you change the speed of each frame individually, and precisely. I’m not sure how you or the original image creator both got this scene wrong.  
The original has each frame play for 0.06 seconds. Yours has them play for… 0.02 seconds? With 0.03 seconds looking probably the best. But I’ve now watched this so many times I feel like I’ve lost sense of what speed it really should be.

This was uploaded at a much slower speed so I just ran the gif through an app. It’s a little faster than normal, but it’s as close as it could get to the show’s speed due to intervals.

Why this is faster than normal speed?

Also it’s funny to see that Spitfire and Soarin can lift up a full barrel with no problem and Rainbow Dash is struggling a bit to lift up an empty barrel…

Rainbow is so swag that she doesn’t need a protection suit.
