Yes, that is exactly what I meant! Though I swear there was an option to set it so that even if I go to https://derpibooru.org/ it will be the same as https://derpibooru.org/images without all the stuff on the left.

If you start the side on https://derpibooru.org/, you get the left side covered. That is what you mean right?  
But if you start the side on this one https://derpibooru.org/images, you go direct to the immages without any featured and trending immages

To be more specific I don’t mean filter images but removing all the panels on the left side of the screen. I could’ve sworn there was an option to before but it’s not there.

You could filter the “featured immage” tag. That might help.
