“It’s been a while since I made an OC (and by that I mean roughly 2 years), so I decided to create a new one after so long. Meet Sea Lilly!
 
Sea Lilly is a Hippogriff/SeaPony who hails from Mount Aris. She is adventurous, optimistic, and spunky, always ready for something new. When she was a filly, the Storm King invaded Mount Aris and launched an all-out attack on the Hippogriffs. Sea Lilly was caught underneath some rubble, but was saved by Queen Novo and her husband, who attempted to ward off the invasion while the other Hippogriffs headed to the safety of Seaquestria. Since then, she developed a fondness towards Novo, even becoming a really big fan of the Queen (think of IronYoshi’s love of Celestia, but nowhere near as obsessive). She would later become one of the very few friends of Skystar, Novo’s daughter.  
While living underwater in Seaquestria, Sea Lilly developed a fondness towards the surrounding marine life, and usually visited the local reef gardens to see all the fish and other sea creatures. When the Hippogriffs finally reclaimed Mount Aris after the defeat of the Storm King, she became fascinated with how the former kingdom was in shambles. While the rest of the Hippogriffs were busy restoring the kingdom to its former glory, Sea Lilly was busy looking at the ruins and taking pictures of them with her special underwater camera, developing a fascination with abandoned places, from the biggest ruins to mere shopping districts. It also lent her into her hobby of photography.
 
Now for some miscellaneous facts about Sea Lilly!  
*She is fascinated with ponies and their culture, as well as that of her distant griffon relatives.  
*Her camera was given to her by her parents on her birthday, and works as well on land as it does underwater.  
*Her enthusiastic nature is not only one of her strengths, but also one of her weaknesses. It lends to her biting off more than she can chew.  
*She hopes to one day become a royal advisor to Novo.  
*One of her favorite drinks is a margarita tapped with a lemon and served in a half-cut coconut shell.  
*She and IronYoshi quickly bonded when he visited Mount Aris a second time. She may or may not have a crush on him.  
*She hopes to one day photograph the Leviathan, a legendary sea serpent that use to swim around the waters near Mount Aris and Seaquestria.  
*She likes pineapples and banana slices on her pizza. Don’t be judging now.
