The first thread is for the announcement of the 2020 collab, of which the guild lines, rules and on going discussions take place. There the OP post by joey should cover as much of the general queries you may have, but if not you can post your questions and itll be answered by a helper or Joey directly if it's in too much of a grey area.
It's also a place to say hi to other participates.
The second thread is where artists gather and volunteer their time to take free requests from users on this site, and draw the requesters character to be used in the collab. You'll only be able to request one drawing however, as the helpers need to assist other users.
You can either post your request in the forum directly, or if theiruis a particular artist you like the look of, you can PM them instead.
Refer to the OP by joey, and see who are actively volunteering at this moment if you wish to go the latter option.
