I like how Celestia(pony version) looks in this style.  
All of the pony life pony toys actually make me think of this one artist that made a series of “ponycat” images a long time ago.

I admit at first I thought Sunset had gotten a radical makeover.

Well despite the terrible reused eg molds at least the ponies look certainly better with molded hair rather than cheap real one
