The fillies are calling the name of the main six. And Starlight in the back just calling out her own name?
 
I can only think of memes.  
“You thought it was Twilight, but it was me, Starlight.”
 
Or any of those sequences where a group of characters calls out each others names except for one, who then calls out their own name.
