If you were larger than a few light seconds tall, when you moved your limbs, would you even know about it for awhile? If you looked down at your feet and flexed your foot, you theoretically wouldn’t see anything move for seconds to minutes due to light speed limitations. Not to mention the fact that nerve impulses only move at ~200 mph, which isn’t a problem for humans because we’re compact. But if you were this size, if you wanted to move something, it’d take weeks or years for impulses to reach anywhere in the first place.

The sun’s is 864,340 miles.  
The largest known star, UY Scuti, is about 1,700 times that, which puts it at around 16 AU.  
Twilight is over a hundred and twenty times that big.
 
So no, there aren’t any planets bigger than Twilight at this point.

you know… even at that size there are still planets that are bigger than her, I don’t see the point of her going to “small” planets anymore
