I am sure there is a stable were the CMC´s of the Fallout Equestria Timeline had created a transparardise. SocialExperiments were Kind of their Thing (btw if even a perfect set up for trans inclusion failed and you still have to protest then this is the most depressive view on your cause).  
But the wasteland has alot different Problems to care what you identify as, and it sure was not her stable.

This would have been much more understanable if you’d pick a character that actually makes sense for this sort of message. In this case a transgender character or at least a pony from a story that has some relation to transgender rights.
As it is, it just feels like picking popular character to send a message, just because they are popular and not because they somehow embody the message you want to send.
 
I feel the exact same way. Otherwise it feels too mouthpiece-y. I wouldn’t even have a problem with this image if there was a trans character in it. Littlepip just seemed so random.

See? :3 Alternate timelines or alternate ways characters could think and act are fun to think about. And they don’t require any other justification to be represented in their own artwork.
 
Jingoist Pip is not really that new though :P She is pretty keen on solving problems by means of mass extermination as it is in the original fanfic.

https://transequality.org/press/releases/trump-administration-erases-civil-rights-protections-for-lgbtq-health-programs just one example out of many even in the US
 
plus, having rights on paper does not in any way or form mean that they are respected in practice, and the statement in the artwork covers that aspect of the problem as well
 
and when you say “citizen”, which country do you mean? nowhere in the artwork where it says “US trans rights”

You all do realize that it’s entirely possible and even normal to be a vocal supporter of equal rights for a group that someone is not a part of, right? There is no need for contrived justifications, if the artist believes Pip would be a trans rights supporter, that is quite enough to portray her as trans supporter.
 
There are 70 pics under the “hetero littlepip” tag on this site, but none of those have so many people in the comments section demanding justification despite it being the polar opposite of what she is in the fanfic.
